JayCare Therapy is the leading provider of home-based early intervention services in Philadelphia County, PA. Caseloads are customized according to each therapist’s geographic and scheduling preferences.

Speech Language Pathologist

$90.00–$100.00 per hour

Address speech and language delays, oral motor concerns, fluency, sound production problems, and swallowing or chewing difficulties related to feeding.

Occupational Therapist

$90.00–$100.00 per hour

Address fine motor development, visual motor integration, and sensory integration to maximize a child’s ability to function in everyday life.

Physical Therapist

$90.00–$100.00 per hour

Help improve a child’s gross motor skills while enhancing balance, mobility, coordination, and strength.

Special Instructor / Early Interventionist

$55.00–$65.00 per hour

Improve a child’s cognitive and play skills, increase attention span, and support appropriate cooperative play.

Social Worker

$50.00–$60.00 per hour

Assist children and their families by identifying and coordinating community resources and services and providing ongoing counseling.

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

$55.00–$65.00 per hour

Provide support to infants and toddlers with feeding and weight-gain issues while helping maximize their health and nutrition.

Current hourly rates vary by position. Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapists may earn $90–$100 per hour. Special Instructors, Early Interventionists, and Registered Dietitian Nutritionists may earn $55–$65 per hour. Social Workers may earn $50–$60 per hour. Final compensation may depend on qualifications, credentials, experience, and the specific opportunity.

JayCare opportunities are designed to offer scheduling flexibility. During the application process, you can share your availability, preferred service areas, and desired caseload. The JayCare team will discuss current cases that align with your credentials and scheduling preferences.

Services are provided throughout Philadelphia County in settings that are familiar to the child and family. This may include the child’s home, daycare, or another approved natural environment. Available cases can be discussed based on your preferred service area.

The JayCare team will review your professional experience, credentials, availability, and preferred role. Qualified applicants will be contacted to discuss current opportunities. Selected candidates will then complete the required credentialing, documentation, background checks, and onboarding steps before being matched with appropriate cases.
